From 27 April 2026, a failed first sample on CE+ triggers double sampling on different devices. Fail the second sample with the same vulnerabilities and IASME revokes your CE Basic certificate as well , you pay for both certifications again from scratch. Cost: £1,520–£2,700 per re-certification, plus the emergency fix work.
